E-mail, all sentences are started with a capital letter.

When I try writing this word in Microsoft office Word like “e-mail” it showed an option to change the small e into Capital E. So I understood, according to Mictrosoft office Word, E-mail is correct.

x6sam9x got it right. Always capitalize the first letter of a sentence. If “e-mail” appears elsewhere, it’s usually not capitalized.
